Refund policy

All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery and must receive prior approval from our support team. Any requests outside of this window will be automatically denied.

To qualify for a return, items must be completely unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including all hardware, documentation, and accessories. Any product showing signs of installation, modification, or damage after delivery will not be accepted. We strictly prohibit returns for installed or altered items.

Please note:20% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent without tracking. For items that arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos to be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refunds will only be issued after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom-made or special order parts

  • Made-to-order products

  • Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not strictly meet these conditions. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these return terms, including the 40% restocking fee for approved returns that do not involve damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
